Join a team responsible for technical support, repair andmaintenance of complex test stations across multiple production productlines. In this role you will beresponsible for troubleshoot and repair of test equipment - includingsubassembly, end item and Environmental Stress Screening stations - in a fast-pacedproduction environment. In this position,the successful candidate will support engineering and production in improvementefforts (cost/cycle time reduction) and help maintain continuity of supply (equipmentuptime).

This position requires high levels of collaboration withseveral functions - the Integrated Supply Chain Operations, Engineering andProgram Management. This positionsupports a wide range of activities that maintain technical excellence acrossthe supply base.

Key Responsibilities

* Working on complex electrical Avionics systems - processors, displays, flight control computers and subassemblies thereof
* Working with complex electronic test stations, including software and hardware architecture; familiarity with high speed digital interfaces such as Gigbit Ethernet, Mil-Std-1553, Arinc 429, Arinc 708, Synchro / Resolver and analog and digital video such as RS-170 and Arinc 818
* Troubleshootingtest programs; some familiarity with using C, Visual Basic, NationalInstruments TestStand and embedded software environments
* Using and driving fault isolation on automated test equipment with PCs
* Proficiency with general purpose test equipment such as power supplies, Digital Multimeters, Video Generators, Oscilloscope, VME, VXI and PXI instruments, signal switching and fiber optics
* Familiarity with configuration management process, documentation standards and best practices
* Experience with analog and digital electronics troubleshooting and fault isolation
* Experience working within cross functional teams
