ALG has a great opportunity for Pastry Chef, to join a large and well-established airline catering company based at Gold Coast Airport. The position will give the successful candidate valuable exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.
The job may require you to do the following but not limited to:
- Baking or food preparation of wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, bread etc.
- Ensure the efficient production of all bread / cake varieties according to job order while maintaining product quality standards and other related task in catering servicing.
To be considered for this post, candidate must possess the following requirements:
- Preferably with qualifications as a Chef.
- Experience in fast paced food production/pasty environment.
- Sound knowledge of all aspects of food safety and hygiene.
- Demonstrate full compliance will all work rules and regulations.
- Available to work across 7 days schedule on rotating roster.
- Full working rights in Australia.
