While the announcements before a flight are very important, it is rare for people to actually pay attention nowadays. One flight attendant for Southwest Airlines found an interesting way to get people to start listening. He started rapping the pre-flight instructions.
David Holmes, a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines developed a creative rap to narrate the pre-flight instructions on the flight. He became popular six years ago. And videos with David's shows on the board are still popular nowadays!
Holmes first gained attention in 2009, but the video of his pre-flight rap is starting to go viral again and many travelers are wishing they had an opportunity to be on a flight with Holmes as their flight attendant.
"There are three different rhymes I do depending on what position I’m working. There’s the announcement when you welcome the passengers aboard. Then there’s arrival announcement, when you reach the destination. The hardest one is the emergency announcement, which I wrote about six weeks ago." - said David Holmes for CNN.
