B727 Fuselage Home

Old airplane has been converted into accommodation - '727 Fuselage Home' by Hotel Costa Verde. The aircraft is vintage 1965 Boeing 727 which in its prior life shuttled globetrotters on South Africa Air and Avianca Airlines (Colombia).

They carefully transported the pieces on five, big-rig trucks to the jungles of Manuel Antonio where they have been resurrected into a unique jumbo hotel suite.

This classic airplane, nestled on the edge of the National Park in our Costa Verde II area, is perched on a 50-foot pedestal. At this height, people enjoy scenic ocean and jungle views from the hard wood deck built atop the plane's former right wing. It has been transformed into two bedroom accommodation.

It's great and profitable example how to use old aircraft which is absolutely different than Abandoned Plane Graveyard in Ohio! Take a look at this great accommodation!
