The Crew Members to Chinese Airlines

The Crew Members must at all times during the term of their Assignment Period:

1. Meet all current requirements of the Chinese Civil Aviation Authority and the International Civil Aviation Organisation to fly the Aircraft as an international and domestic air transport Crew Member.

2. Meet all licensing and medical examination requirements as specified by the Chinese Civil Aviation Authority to fly the Aircraft, including being the holder of B737-300 and or B737-NG aircraft type rating and appropriate license, with experience and hours to the satisfaction of the Airline.

3. All simulator checks, including license training and testing requested by the Airline, will meet the standard required by the Airline.

Qualifications and conditions required of the Crew Members:

1) The Crew Members must possess the following documents and have the following minimum levels of experience:

（a）The country of which the Candidate holds a passport must have diplomatic relationship with People’s Republic of China.

（b）Age ：below 55.

（c）Hold ATPL license issued by P.R.C. or his own country’s aviation authority. The license must show his instrument level, multi-engine, aircraft type, etc.

（d）Must have a Certificate for flying a different type of aircraft.

（e）Current Class 1 Medical certificate.

（f）Fluent English when conducting aviation tasks or ICAO 4.

（g）No record of any accidents due to personal negligence.

（h）No criminal record.

（k）having flown an aircraft of the B737-EFIS/NG aircraft as captain within the last 12 months.
