No need of frighters pilots in 2 decades from now?

There was an opinion in ATC Global conference (Amsterdam) expresed, that there will be no need widebody freighter to be human-piloted within next 10/15 years from now. This could be done by one co-pilot on ground or no flight crew at all?

Could this be real?

And what about passenger carriers? Can we already be talking about the future prospects that not only air freighters but passenger carriers will be piloted by computers or remote crews too?
