Pilot Training Program

EDUCATIONAL  CADET PROGRAM

AviationCV.com offers a unique Pilot Training Program, which provides you with an opportunity to receive Type rating and land a job as a pilot.

How the Cadet Program works?

• You apply and are selected for the pilot training program;
• You sign a contract for 6 years;
• Within the period of 1-2 months you receive Boeing 737 Type rating;
• For the period of 10 months you are employed by airlines as a First Officer and fly at least 500 block hours;
• After the first year, you start working at AviationCV.com as a pilot for lease;
• During periods, when AviationCV.com cannot provide you with a job, you do not need to make any loan payments.

What are the entry requirements?

Candidates for the Cadet Program should meet the following requirements:

• 100 hours as a pilot-in-command;
• Valid ME, IR (multi-engine, instrument rating);
• Valid CPL or ATPL;
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
• MCC certificate of completion*;
• English level 4 according to the ICAO requirements.
• EU citizenship.

Selection procedure

Each candidate is subject to a selection procedure which includes:

• An English language proficiency test (even if you have English level 4 according to the ICAO requirements)
• A test in ATPL theory;
• A 30 minutes’ test in a simulator;
• An MCC test;
• A psychological evaluation test - written and oral.
